Dave has a background that uniquely combines architecture and technology. Before establishing his own business, he dedicated years to studying and working in the field of architecture and holds a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Structural Engineering Degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Leveraging this foundation, Dave founded ArcSource, a fast-growing Managed IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services company. ArcSource is now the premier provider of managed IT services to architecture firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as to many other professional services firms and non-profits.
As a public speaker, Dave is actively engaged with business leaders and architects, offering insights into the latest technology trends shaping their industries. Despite his busy schedule, he manages to stay connected to his architectural origins and dedicates time every few years to teaching a Structures course at the Architecture Department of his alma mater, UC Berkeley.
Dave is also an accomplished writer, with his book “Cybersecurity Strategy for Business Owners” offering a roadmap to safeguarding businesses in the digital realm. When not immersed in tech, Dave is busy crafting engaging content, sharing wisdom, and nurturing discussions about the ever-evolving tech landscape. In his free time, he enjoys photography, food, travel, and watching Cal sports.
